So I should have done this like 8 months ago but here it goes:)

Savannah

It was Sunday, DAY BEFORE MY DUE DATE, and I said I was going to go to church and pay my tithing and let it be normal and try not to think about what tomorrow was and not to be disappointed if no baby showed..
2:20 AM
I was having pains, I had been having pains before that were fake outs! So I put on Mulan and timed them and.. they didn't go away.. and started hurting.
4:15 AM
I called my midwife and I was nervous to because what if this was just another fake out? Well she said, come on down and we will check it out.
4:20 AM (ish)
I woke up Dev and he was more than happy to wake up for baby time!:)  So we got David's bag and went to get in the car and BOOM my contractions started getting real.  I had to stop and breath and man did they hurt..
4:35 AM
Dropped off David with my mom and it was really hurting..
4:40 AM
Arrived at the Birth center! Checked me to see if I was dilated and guess what? I was at 9cm!!  Well then 2 contractions later I was getting ready to push and it all happened so fast..
5:25 AM
Savvy is here!!  Didn't I tell you it was fast?
12:00 PM
Taking our baby girl home, Like insane quick, did I really just give birth and I'm home?

Happy 4th of July!!

Devin had to work on the fourth this year so me and David went to the Riverdale parade with my family:)  Emily played in the drumline in that parade.
Then we played at my mom's house until our Taylor Family BBQ!  And then we went back to my mom's and did some little fireworks with the boys. David loved the sparklers!  David's fourth of July outfit almost lasted all day, he decided to have a bag of fritos. An entire bag of fritos and most of them were all over the floor and his clothes...  that's what I get for taking a nap I guess!:)  it was a good day though!

33 Weeks

How far along: 33 Weeks

Weight gain: 25 pounds. Still have a little room to give right?:)

Maternity clothes: They are too small well more just uncomfortable, but there is no way I'm going to buy more when I am almost done!

Belly button in or out: Impressive, that's what. It's in and out at the same time!

Sleep: I could sleep all day...

Best moment this week: 4th of july parade was pretty fun:)  It was reeealy hot. but fun.

Worst moment this week: Sleeping, it's already getting uncomfortable

Miss anything: Not being pregnant.. Good thing I am getting something amazing out of this:)

Movement: All the time!  although.. I think she is face up.. We're working on turning her.

Cravings: Ice cream!  Cookie Dough to be specific, they don't have raw eggs in that do they?

Queasy or sick: Nope

Looking forward to: Giving birth. Nope not kidding. Bring it!:)

We love Summer!

I love this warmer weather! It always seems to be windy around here... the parades are lots of fun too!  David hardly cried at the noise of the loud sirens this last time:)  He's becoming a pro candy picker-upper!

Our Babymoon!:)

I found a cute condo in St. George and me and Dev went and had a break from life for a few days.  It was amazing:)  Never long enough of course, but long enough that I couldn't wait to see my baby!  Love him:) but the break was needed.  We went to the freezing cold pool they had... would it kill people to heat their pool till july?  It's just not pleasant at all in June..  I mostly watched while Dev dared the freezing depths.  And we went to this wildlife museum and Devin walked so slowly through it trying to soak up his $8 fee the best he could haha it really was small but I have never seen him walk so slow...  The museum was cool though they had hundreds of animals life size and obviously not alive, I don't know what to call them, figurines?  From every place in the world!  Polar bear, giraffe, mountain goats.. We stayed up til 3 in the morning and slept in, I should have taken more pictures... but I guess of what?  Us being ultra lazy?:)  Here's some pictures of Dev, grillin' at our cute condo and swimming or at least thinking about swimming.  The water was freeeeezing!

31 Weeks

The time is seriously getting away from me!!

Already 31 weeks and I'm already getting the amazement from people of how huge I am with still 8 weeks to go.... gotta love it:)

How far along: 31 Weeks and 5 days

Weight gain: 22 pounds.  I haven't been watching that as closely as I should be I think..

Maternity clothes: Get them away from me....  they don't even help!  can I just not wear clothes?  okay okay don't worry I'll put clothes on... 

Belly button in or out: a tad on the out.  I kinda look like I have a belly button piercing.

Sleep: I can't get enough!  but I cant sleep.. its getting ridiculous.

Best moment this week: Going to St. George!  Me and Dev went and were lazy bones for a few days:) My mom kept David for us. 

Worst moment this week: Realizing that 8 more weeks is basically 2 months... and that is just. Eternity.

Miss anything: Not havin a huge belly. I just wanna be free!

Movement: Endless, non-stop!  SO fantastic:) I never have to worry for too long.

Cravings: Ice cream....  I could seriously eat it for breakfast.

Queasy or sick: Not at all.

Looking forward to: People saying "Oh! that's so soon!" instead of oh gosh you're already huge and still have a ways to go...

Nursery Update!

We are almost done with this nursery!  I am loving how it has turned out:)

We finished the polka dots..  I just cut circles out of contact paper and measured them, just don't look too close and you won't be able to tell I  did that.. :)

We have quite a few more stickers to put up too but I am waiting to get some other things, like a dresser!  and a swing and possibly a rocking chair!

                

 

27 Weeks

WOAH!

Hello 3rd trimester, that was so quick!  and yet I still have 90 days to go...

How far along: 26 Weeks 6 Days

Weight gain: 19 Pounds.  I don't know if that's on track or not.. but sounds good to me!

Maternity clothes: Not so fun anymore?  I just wanna buy and wear cute clothes already. 

Belly button in or out: All. the. way. flat.

Sleep: I won't bore you with how awful sleeping is.  I wish I was a vampire and had no need for sleep.

Best moment this week: Finishing that polka dot wall! I love it when I actually do what I am thinking would be cute instead of just dreaming:) 

Worst moment this week: Sleeping. ouch. 

Miss anything: Being able to say "lets go to Lagoon, and everywhere and be wild!" Then I have to say just kidding can't this summer.  Definitely next summer though.

Movement:  A TON. and I love it:)

Cravings: Cereal. Anything that takes no effort to make:)

Queasy or sick: Nope.

Looking forward to: Tomorrow!

Crazy little boy!

Taking some serious spills lately.. Just getting this walking thing down and practicing his depth perception skills...

New Baby Name and Nursery

Name

We are loving the name Kali.  Pronounced like Cali-fornia, but with that K. As for the middle name... Devin has only loved Mae.  I like Elizabeth.  We have also considered Hana, it means "flower" in Japanese:).

Nursery
For colors..  I am doing an ocean theme!  and that simply aqua is a terrible picture.. but it's cute in real life!:)  That will be the main color and then I'm going to do on wall the sweet melon with white polka dots and the tantalizing teal will be the accent color for her name I'm getting in wooden blocks and other do dads.

 Then I am feeling super ambitious and want to make something (or even buy it) like this!

Mermaids and ocean!! Not necessarily all these colors but.. this is where I'm getting some ideas:)

WAY too much fun of course!

Baby Update 19 weeks

How far along: 19 weeks 2 days

Gender: GIRL!!!:)  On the Taylor side we have had 7 babies born since Feb 2013 and this will be the 6th girl in a row!

Weight gain: 8 pounds!  So proud because it was not that low last go around!

Maternity clothes: Nothing in life makes me more happy.  Except maternity ACU's..  Those are.. ridiculous.

Stretch marks: Why is this still a question????  

Belly button in or out: It's flattening.

Sleep: Better than before!

Best moment this week: Finding out what this baby is!  

Worst moment this week: Having to wake up... Nothing to much to complain about. 

Miss anything: Actually tuna.  I had a serious craving the other day. 

Movement:  yep yep yep!  and Devin has felt it!  This baby moves a ton.

Cravings: Tuna. Or.. starburst..

Queasy or sick: Not at all.

Looking forward to: Getting my nursery started:)

Girl!!:)
We are beyond excited:) 

My Sister in law Jordan went with me to my ultrasound because Dev was working...  And so we could find out together we had the ultrasound tech keep it a secret from me and only Jordan knew, I bought a little boy and a little girl outfit and then Jordan put the one it was into a bag for us to open together! Heres what we got:)

Annnnd I have already gone to town shopping for her!

Loooove it!

And Mr. David is going to be the sweetest big brother:)

We're super excited:)  August come sooner!!!
